in plain text.
Most AI integrations simply forward the text. Ours does not. Between your business and the model sits a stage we built ourselves.
Detect
Before a text leaves the system it is scanned: names, addresses, phone numbers, IBANs, licence plates, customer numbers. The detection rules are built for Switzerland — IBAN with check digits, Swiss number formats, cantonal plates.
Replace
Every match is replaced by a placeholder. The model only ever sees the masked text. The mapping of which placeholder belongs to which person stays on our server.
Restore
The answer comes back with the placeholders and is only resolved again on our side. Your customer reads a complete, personal reply. The model does not see the masked details.

How long does a project take?
Timing depends on scope: compact launch packages from 3–7 days, growth websites around 2–3 weeks, and complex applications several months. We agree on your specific timeline together.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, we offer maintenance agreements. Scope and response times are set out in the contract.
How do we get started?
It starts with a free consultation. We'll discuss your business goals and technical challenges.
What does it cost in total — are there hidden costs?
No. The price in the proposal is a fixed price for the agreed scope, not hourly. Only things we do not bill are listed separately and openly: hosting, domain and email run through your existing provider or we set them up for you — their costs appear in the proposal with a figure. Ongoing maintenance is optional and has its own price. Instalments are possible, directly with us, without a bank and without interest.
What does the fixed price include?
Everything that is in the proposal — and it is specific: pages, texts, images, enquiry flow, legal notice and privacy policy, labelling of AI content, testing on phone and desktop, registration with Google, one revision round before acceptance and the handover with an introduction. What is not written there is not included — and is discussed beforehand, not billed afterwards.
What if I do not like the result?
You see the direction before you pay: after the free conversation you receive a proposal with a price within 48 hours; work starts only with your yes. For websites on our industry designs you see the design live in the demo beforehand. Changes up to acceptance are part of the fixed price, and the final instalment is due only after acceptance.
Can I edit the website myself later?
Yes. Opening hours, prices, texts, images and offers you change yourself in the admin — no coding, no asking us. We show you at the handover. If you would rather not touch it, tell the AI secretariat: “Change the opening hours” is enough.
Do you guarantee the top spot on Google?
No — nobody can seriously, and anyone who promises it should make you suspicious. What we do: clean structure, fast pages, correct titles and descriptions, structured data and registration with Google. That is the foundation on which visibility grows; it can be measured in Google Search Console, which we set up for you.
Where is my data stored?
Your website is hosted with a Swiss or European provider — which one is stated in the proposal and in your privacy policy. Our platform is designed to mask names, addresses, phone numbers and identifiers before any text is sent to a language model. How that works is explained in the Insights section.
Do you also work for agencies or as a subcontractor?
Yes. For agencies and technology companies we take on development, AI integration and automation as an engineering partner — in the background or under our name, as you need it. Details are in the Engineering Partner section.
