No concepts, no mockups — finished work. Each entry states whether it is already online. Every reference shown here appears with the client’s explicit consent.
A young cleaning company with no photo archive needs a presence that brings in enquiries — and that holds up under scrutiny. Both at once: professional imagery although no company photographs exist, and full transparency about where that imagery comes from.
What was built
Website covering six service areas, each with its own detail page
Enquiry flow with consent checkbox, town/postcode prefill and service selector
FAQ with fifteen questions taken from the real day-to-day
Direct routes: phone, WhatsApp, free on-site visit
Pricing section without invented figures — an on-site consultation instead of a flat rate
AI-generated imagery, because no company photographs existed
What has changed since
Since the site went live, T.T. Reinigung has — according to the owner — been receiving regular contract-cleaning orders from larger companies, two to three a week. Before the website, such enquiries did not come in at all. The figure is the owner’s; we do not measure visitor or enquiry numbers on the client’s site ourselves.
Where the real work was
Anyone can build a good-looking page. The effort went elsewhere — and that is precisely what Engimation is for.
AI Act, Article 50
The introduction video shows an AI avatar. It carries the notice required by Art. 50(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — visible on the video, not buried in the small print.
Consent of the depicted person
The avatar is based on a real person’s appearance. Her written consent is on file (§ 22 KunstUrhG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time.
Every image labelled
Every picture carries “AI image” or “AI-edited”, plus a note that the images illustrate services and do not show real company or client premises.
Reviews without varnish
The site states where its reviews come from, that none are paid for, and that negative ones are not deleted.
Cookies without tracking
No tracking or advertising cookies. Consent is needed only for the optional map — and the reason is given there.
What we do not claim
The orders mentioned are the owner’s account, not our measurement — we keep no visitor or enquiry statistics on the client’s site. What we can verify ourselves is here: the site is live, the features are there, the labels are in place.
Published with the owner’s explicit consent.

Scope
Redesign, three-language website, appointment requests, privacy under Swiss law
A practice for massage, Reiki and Access Consciousness® runs on trust. The previous website came from a site builder and was redesigned from scratch: it had to feel calm, organise a wide range of offers clearly and turn a visit into an appointment request, in three languages.
What was built
A home page with the practice’s own video, which loads only on click
Four offer areas (massage, Reiki, Access Consciousness®, courses) with 17 detail pages
Appointment request and contact form with built-in spam protection, no reCAPTCHA
Three languages: German, English, Hungarian
Imprint, privacy policy and cookie notice under the Swiss Data Protection Act
Where the real work was
A pretty page for a massage practice is quick to make. The difference lies in what you do not see.
Calm as a design principle
Warm rosé and gold tones, generous space, a quiet serif for headings. The site should feel like the practice itself, not like a brochure.
No tracking, no third-party servers
Fonts and images come from the site’s own server. Loading the home page sends not a single request to a third party. The YouTube video loads only when someone presses play, so a short cookie notice is enough instead of a consent banner.
Requests without detours
Anyone who wants an appointment picks the offer and a preferred date right in the form. The request lands in a protected admin area (password and two-factor code); the email is only a notice without client data.
What we do not claim
This site is finished but not yet published. There are therefore no visitor numbers and no enquiries to report, and we do not invent any.
Published with the owner’s explicit consent.
