What an AI secretariat really takes over — and what it does not
Calls, appointments, posts, reminders: an honest list. And the things a human still decides.
What it takes over
Receiving enquiries — by phone, chat or email — and answering in your tone. Proposing, booking and confirming appointments. Reminding customers by SMS and email so fewer appointments are missed. Drafting posts for Instagram and Facebook from what is happening in the business right now. Keeping the website current: opening hours, offers, texts. All of it in German, French, Italian and English, without anyone having to translate.
What it does not take over
It does not spend money and does not sign contracts. It publishes nothing without your approval — a post goes out only once you have seen it. It gives no medical, legal or financial advice, even if a customer asks; it passes that on to you. And it does not decide about people: who gets an appointment when things are tight remains your call.
How much time it saves
We quote no blanket figure because it depends on your business. What we can say: the three things that eat the most time in small businesses — the phone, rescheduling, social media — are exactly the three the secretariat takes over completely. In the conversation we work it out for your case.
